Hiplife Grandpapa Reggie Rockstone has defended Stonebwoy after some netizens accused him of bending down to pick up money sprayed on the floor during Davido’s white wedding ceremony.
Recently, Davido and his wife, Chioma Adeleke, held their white wedding on August 9, 2025, where Stonebwoy, who was a guest, also performed.
During his performance, Stonebwoy was captured in a viral video picking up his bracelet that dropped on the floor.

Some netizens, after spotting this, have since had the wrong impression.
They have accused the "Jejereje" hitmaker of bending down to pick up some of the dollar bills that were sprayed on the floor.
But addressing this, Reggie Rockstone has joined Efia Odo and Stonebwoy's wife, Dr Louisa, to dismiss such allegations.
In a post shared on Instagram on August 13, 2025, Reggie Rockstone noted that Stonebwoy simply picked up his bracelet, adding that the trolls are unnecessary and a sign of utter witchcraft.
"First of all, if he picked that money off the floor, remember who that money is for... The money they sprayed on him is actually for him. He can pick up the money because it is for him. Do you guys pay his school fees, or do you people take care of him?

"On the surface, it just sounds like trolling. You people think it is normal, but it isn't. It is witchcraft. It isn't normal. If you people don't stop this shit, you will suffer tenfold," he said.
Rockstone added that even if Stonebwoy had picked the sprayed money, it was meant for him.
"All human beings should be humble. You are not too big to pick up money from the floor. You think Stonebwoy came from a rich family. You know the man hustled, you know where he came from.
"Even if he had picked up the money from the floor, I still would be clapping from a negro," he added.
