Stonebwoy to thrill Europe fans

Stonebwoy is billed to perform at the 2019 edition of the annual Uppsala Reggae Festival, which is slated for July 27 in Sweden.

The festival,whichis one of the biggest gatherings of reggae artistes around the world, will feature a number of renowned reggae/dancehall artistes.

The Ghanaian dancehall artiste will share the stage with some selected international artistes from Africa and other parts of the world.

Artistes confirmed to perform at the event are Alpha Blondy & The Solar System, Anthony B, Stonebwoy, Jahmiel & Dani M, Aswad and a host of others.

With these big names, the festival is expected to attract a large following of music enthusiasts.

Stonebwoy, who has performed on a number of local and international events, has promised to put out a spirited performance in order to make the festival a memorable one.

The Ghanaian dancehall artiste also will tour some European countries after the festival to entertain his fans.

Dubbed ‘Shuga Summer Europe Tour 2019’, the tour will see Stonebwoy perform in Germany, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain and Portugal.

He will be performing at festivals such as the Rotterdam Reggae Festival and AfroNation Festival during his tour.

With his electrifying and energetic performance, Stonebwoy has attracted a large fan base across the world, having staged performances in UK, USA, Australia, Italy, Amsterdam and many more countries and sharing stage with acts such as Lauryn Hill, Alkaline, Busy Signal, Popcaan, Morgan Heritage and Wizkid.

Winner of several awards, including VGMA artiste of the year and BET Best International Act: Africa (both in 2015), Stonebwoy featured on Morgan Heritage’s ‘Avrakadabra’, which was nominated for best reggae album in the 2018 Grammy Awards.

Stonebwoy recently signed a deal with Samsung Ghana, making him the third Ghanaian musician to sign a deal with the Samsung brand after Sarkodie and D-Cryme.
