Stonebwoy may get sued by Zylofon for breach of contract!

Stonebwoy Stonebwoy

Stonebwoy is treading on thin ice as he risks getting sued by his music label, Zylofon Media.

EonlineGhana.Com not long ago published an official statement from the outfit which sought to warn the general public to desist from dealing with their artist(s) directly.

Portion of their statement read: “Any person desirous of employing any of [our artists] must seek express consent and concurrence of Zylofon Media Company Limited. Acting contrary to this shall be deemed a deliberate infringement on the right of our person, which shall warrant a swift and strict enforcement in a court of law.”

The release which was an abrupt response to the recent media fracas between Stonebwoy and the label did less to fix the situation as Stonebwoy was already booked to perform at the VGMA nominees jam without the green light from the label.

In a letter spotted by EonlineGhana.Com and addressed to ChatterHouse Ghana, the legal team of Zylofon Media sought clarity as to whether their artist was truly billed to perform on their stage.

A portion of the letter read:

“We are aware that you are primarily responsible with Vodafone for the conduct of VGMA. Under the circumstances, please confirm whether the information with respect to the Artist’s engagement reflects the true state of affairs to enable us advice our Client”.

Now, it’s obvious that the legal team seek to know the true nature of affairs from Chatterhouse before they proceed with further actions.

If ChatterHouse is also found guilty then per their release, it will warrant a swift and strict enforcement in a court of law.

We’ve also been informed that prior to this notice, Stonebwoy’s name had been removed from the list of artistes who would be performing at the 2018 VGMA nominees jam this coming Friday in Cape coast as previously advertised.
