Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale collabo cancelled,

Stonebwoy Stonebwoy

Some Ghanaians have accused dancehall giants, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale of not being friends. These persons have alleged that there is a seeming beef between the two top dancehall artistes, which have debarred them from collaborating on a song.

Despite these claims, fans of both artistes have been expecting them to work on a single track to dispute the hearsay that they are don’t see eye to eye but that is not going to happen any moment from now judging from the words of Stonebwoy when he visited Pluzz FM to have a chat with Fiifi Selah.

The “Baafira” hitmaker on the show said they were to work on a song in January this year but after they agreed to do that, something happened which did not make their plan materialize. He said, “Practically it was supposed to be months ago but it didn’t happen. It was supposed to be in January.”

Giving full account of the issue, Stonebwoy narrated that “My nation (BHiM Nation) and the movement (Shatta Movement) are two big entities in the country so one telco stepped in to get the two of us on a song.”

“So when they came, we first had a meeting and I suggested that they feature us and that was a great idea because we didn’t know who was going to feature who.

"I told them it was possible because DJ Khaled features others on a song and he just makes noise for people to do the song. So I told the telcos to feature us and that will be a next move because in the future you can also grab other two persons who move forces and bring them on your platform so you are going to have that brand of you doing that".

The meeting was good with us but on the other hand it didn’t work.”
