Smokey: Deborah Vanessa stars “Away” in Paul Ukonu’s latest

Nigerian photographer, Paul Okonu has unveiled his recent recent edition featuring Ghanaian model, Deborah Vanessa.

The shoot is staged on the streets of Accra and is titled “Away” (The Accra Edition).

Lost in thought and the entire world, the sun is cast upon her face. Shadows dance around her eyes sleep is far from her cos she knows no peace. But how could she?

Beaten by a horrendous lover day and night bruises all over her body but she hides them with beautiful smocks.

But today is the day she makes up her mind. Alas she must go from him, she must run AWAY.

The gorgeous model Deborah Vanessa was captured by Nigerian based photographer Paul Ukonu in this amazing editorial on the streets of Ghana.

She was styled by Ijeoma Mang in different colorful kimonos and brown gladiator sandals as she posed in a 1974 Vintage Mercedes Benz.

She had her face beautifully made up with dark smokey eyes and nude lips by Ashiakie Momo Ghana based makeup artist.
