Tributes are flooding online following the passing of John Claude Tamakloe, a publicist and blogger who died in the tragic car crash involving musicians KK Fosu and Bless.

Colleagues and celebrities who had the privilege of working with John Claude took to social media, expressing their shock and sorrow over the incident.

According to an earlier statement from his management, John had an extensive list of clients in the entertainment industry, including the likes of Stonebwoy, Samini, Morgan Heritage, Edem, AK Songstress, Sarkodie, Kofi Kinaata, Kaakie, and many others.

Upon learning of his demise, members of the entertainment fraternity flooded social media with condolences, highlighting their disbelief at the tragic news.

Meanwhile, John Claude's management team has released an official press statement, confirming the incident.

In a heartfelt Facebook post, BeenieWords.com, owned by renowned Ghanaian blogger and talent manager Elorm Beenie, mourned the loss of John Claude.

Describing him as hardworking and selfless, John Claude was said to have been an invaluable member of the team for over a decade, serving as an editor, publicist, and co-talent manager.

The statement also provided insights from the driver, revealing that KK Fosu, Bless, and John Claude sustained various injuries, ranging from their heads to their limbs.

They were promptly rushed to Apam Catholic Hospital, where John Claude was pronounced deceased by a forensic pathologist, based on family details.

"He was a hardworking, selfless, and immensely talented team player whom we will forever miss. His absence has left an irreplaceable void in our hearts. We are devastated by his sudden departure," the statement conveyed.

Background:

The tragic accident occurred on the Accra-Apam highway on Saturday, May 25, 2024, while the group was en route to perform at a wedding.

The collision, involving KK Fosu, Bless, John Claude, and the driver, resulted from their Toyota Camry colliding head-on with a Benz as the latter attempted to overtake another vehicle.
