Shatta Wale stopped smoking 'wee' 3-years ago - Wife

One of the accusations leveled against Dancehall Commando singer, Shatta Wale is that, he is a wee chain smoker.

His wife, Shatta Michy has come to the defense of the artiste saying that, Shatta is not a wee chain smoker, adding that he stopped smoking wee three years ago.

She said this when the issue of Shatta Wale smokes wee before getting on stage hence his energetic performances came up.

“No he is not like that, he stopped smoking three year ago,” she told Delay.

Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., known by his stage name Shatta Wale (formerly Bandana), is best known for his biggest breakthrough hit song “Dancehall King” which led to the winning the Artiste of the Year at the 2014 edition of the Ghana Music Awards.

They have a son together called Majesty.
