Sarkodie 'seals' Castro's fate with his latest video?

Multiple award-winning rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, known in the showbiz as Sarkodie has caused some sort of uproar on social media after he made a comment related to the disappearance of musician Castro.

Sarkodie took to his Twitter account, shared a video of one of his performances abroad and captioned it, “connection…RIP Castro”; an indication that the singer who had gone missing almost four years ago was not going to return.

Many people who saw the tweet form the “Highest” album maker could not believe that he was confirming the ‘missing’ musician dead even though many people had high hopes that Castro was going to return.

In defense of the “Dangerous” hitmaker, a fan however commented that “RIP” in Sarkodie’s tweet meant, “Return If Possible” but most of the fans who replied to the tweet would have none of that.

Sarkodie featured Castro on his song which he considers his biggest song yet, “Adonai” and both musicians flew to South Africa to shoot the video.

According to the “You go kill me” hit singer, Adonai brought him a lot of deals and gave him the opportunity to perform on many stages both in and outside the country.

He however revealed that he might not be able to produce another song of “Adonai’s” qualities because he was not cut out for that kind of music.

He added that rap music appealed to him the more and so making another song like Adonai was going to be very unlikely.

Castro and Janet Bandu went missing almost 4 years ago in July 2014. Some family members, fans and followers of the “Seihor” hitmaker have hopes of seeing the musician again.

Some people have alleged that Castro is in another African country and would return at the opportune time.
