Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has once again proven his confidence as a musician that the success of others would no way affect his career.

Sarkodie told dancehall artiste Shatta Wale in a freestyle video titled ‘My Advice’ that “Confidence is when you’re able to compliment people without you feeling insecure”.

The BET awardee proved his confidence in a tweet by confessing that Praye was one of his favorite music groups and went ahead to describe their records as “timeless”.

"FINALLY!One of my Fav Music groups outta the continent “PRAYE” r bk 2geda 2 gv us those timeless records again !!"

Before the group’s collapse, they swept several awards and their songs continued to enjoy airplay throughout the period they were no more. Their comeback would definitely send fears to existing players but sarkodie’s boldness to eulogise them proves unmatched level of confidence.

The group’s collapse came as a shock to music lovers and reason for such decision remains unknown. Such as the end of many groups, Asembi.com gathered from sources that suggest marriage by the group members might have contributed to its collapse.

Praye announced their comeback with three singles that were released prior to the launch of Shatta Wale’s Reign album. It has not yet been established why the group decided to release at a time where all Ghanaians were looking forward to the Reign album.

A section of Ghanaians that have been able to listen to the songs have given positive reviews and the endorsement from Sarkodie could mean a successful comeback for the group.

Will Praye be like Wutah who returned with a hit song and then vanished again? Well, below are the three singles released by Praye.
