Sammy Tuga & Associates, J Q Promotions' 4th July Bash

For 12 years, Sammy Tuga and Associates have been organizing a marathon 2 day event during the 4th July holidays. The 12th anniversary event was in collaboration with JQ Promotions and involved heavy hitters; DJ Elove, Sam Q, Soul Selector and a special guest; DJ Pace N Skills, UK's heavyweight entertainer from the world's famous Moonlighting Night Club, West End who came with his cousin Taspa. The MCs were; Papa Linc and Lady D from New York.

The marathon party involved;

Day 1 - There was a Picnic Reunion which occurred at the Prince Georges Community Center, MD. The occasion was also used to congratulate the Black Stars for their great performance at the World Cup.

Evening - Another party followed at the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton Hotel on Colesville Road, Silver Spring, MD. There was an overflow of Champagne as the organizers made sure that everyone gets free champagne. There was also a free giveway of a CD compilation album courtesy of Def Jam and a free yearly subscription of Vibe Magazine.
Those who attended were impressed with the music by the heavy hitters.

Day 2 -

The party did not stop and this time took place at a fabulous and posh mansion called The Heritage Mansion which has a swimming pool and 16 huge rooms. The event was from morning till night. The owners of Heritage Mansion told this writer that historically, they have never witnessed such a huge turnout and the event was the biggest at the mansion. They were impressed with the professionalism of Sammy Tuga and Associates and welcome them to the mansion anytime
to host their events.

After the party at the mansion, the finale occurred at the Juste Lounge where partygoers had a great time all night long.
