The 2018 edition of S Concert lived up to the billing with exciting performances from headline, supporting and upcoming artistes.

The event which was held at the La Trade Fair Centre saw performances that were a testament to the quality of Ghanaian music and artistes.

The likes of Stonebwoy, Victor AD, Yaa Pono, Ras Kuuku, Praye, Kelvynbwoy, Fancy Gadam, Maccasio, Kofi Kinaata and Jupiter entertained the patrons at the event venue for a number of hours.

One artiste that caught the cameras of www.ghanaweb.com was Wisa Greid. It appears Wisa has been given another chance at life to perform on stage after the unfortunate incident that happened at Citi FM’s D2R in 2016.

It is worth noting that Wisa gave a great performance at the S Concert as he was able to pull the audience along in all the songs he performed an kept them dancing and screaming for more.

However at the very last end of his performance he decided to take off his shirt and this probably alarmed a lot of the audience because they wondered if he was going to repeat what he did on the stage of D2R. It is unclear why he chose to remove his t-shirt, it leaves one wondering if he just enjoys taking of his clothes on stage or he was too excited about his performance on stage.

Whatever it is, Wisa might have to understand that Ghanaians may not be there for him if he messes up this opportunity he has to shine on stage again.

Organized annually since 2014 by the EIB Network-owned Starr 103.5 FM, the concert is yet Ghana’s biggest celebration of its mainstream and budding artistes.

It attracts tens of thousands of patrons every year.

S Concert 2018 is sponsored by Storm Energy Drink, FanYogo, Mentos and Accra City Hotel. It is supported by Live FM, Kasapa FM, GHOne TV, Agoo TV, Ultimate FM & Abusua FM, Empire FM, and Daily Heritage newspaper.
