Revealed: Rev. Eddie Coffie had been in coma since Sunday

President of Ghana’s Actors Guild, Rev. Eddie Coffie was confirmed dead this morning by the Ghana Actors Guild.

The veteran actor, according to the Ashanti Regional Actors Guild Public Relation Officer Mr. Nii Adjetey, passed on at the Ridge Hospital in Accra.

Mr. Emmanuel Adjetey told Seancitygh.com that the President of the Guild was admitted on Sunday at the Ridge Hospital for medical treatment, but unfortunately, he couldn’t survive.

He disclosed that, "the President went into coma, since last Sunday, but we were hoping that he will recover and unfortunately, this is what we just heard from the family".

Meanwhile, the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artist of the Year Stonebwoy has reacted to the sudden death of the Ghana Actors Guild President, Rev. Eddie Coffie.

The dancehall artiste, who recently buried his late mother, has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the late actor.
