Ingredients
2 large potatoes
2 large eggs
1 medium onion (chopped)
Garlic and ginger
Oil (2 tablespoons)
1 MAGGI tablet
How to Cook
1. Put oil in a saucepan and sauté your onions, ginger, and garlic for 5min.
2. Add the chopped potatoes into the onions and let it cook for about 20min, but make sure it is soft before you remove it from the fire.
3. Pour the cooked potatoes in a separate bowl and return the saucepan to the fire, add a tablespoon of oil. Break your eggs into a bowl and mix it with the cooked potatoes. After, pour the mixture into the saucepan.
4. Let it cook for 3min, use a flat plane and turn the other side to be cooked.
5. Garnish it with any vegetables of your choice.
P.S: The saucepan should be something round so that u get a round shape.
