Rawlings and Kufuor to be captured after elections ?

Former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate - (turned 2008 CPP Parliamentary Candidate for Nhyiaeso Constituency in Kumasi, Ashanti Region), "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, (popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as "Kwame Mayor"), has cautioned both former President Jerry John Rawlings and President John Agyekum Kufuor that United Nations Troops and the White House could capture them to be tried by a U.N. Tribunal if their mutual antagonism disrupts the peace and tranquility of Ghana, before or fter the run-off elections.

The Charismatic "Mayor" meanwhile has publicly withdrawn the conditions he set for Nana Akufo-Addo and Professor Atta Mills as basis for his endorsement of one of the Candidates..

The Politician however stated that since most of his ideas have been implemented by the ruling Kufuor's government for the benefit of Ghana, and that there is overwhelming evidence to prove that his intellectual prowess is a national asset, he would accept a position from whoever becomes President of Ghana after the 2008 Presidential run-off.

" I have sacrificed a lot for Ghana and I deserve a position as either Ghana's Ambassador to the United States of America or appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Education, Local Government or Minister of Tourism to make great impact on Ghana".

Kwame Mayor hinted that during Rawling's PNDC days, a Military Attache in Washington, D.C. - one Mr. Kobia left him a message on his answering machine and later spoke to him directly, - telling him that since Mr. Spio Gabral, the then Ghana's Ambassador was returning to Ghana to accept a Ministerial appointment, the NDC government wanted to appoint him as Ghana's Ambassador to America.

"Kwame Mayor" said he declined the offer due to NDC ties with the prior PNDC Military government.

The "People's Mayor" also revealed that during the brutal PNDC Military regime, he received a letter inviting him for an interview at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the time when Dr. Obed Asamoah was Ghana's Minister of Foreign Affairs.

According to "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, (Kwame Mayor), he turned down the interview after seriously pondering over the Human Rights abuses of the PNDC era.

" Ironically, President John Agyekum Kufuor who wants the whole world to believe that he respects the principles of Human Rights and Democracy accepted a position from the same former Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings who headed the PNDC Military regime.

"President John Agyekum Kufuor accepted a position from PNDC Military regime - notably, after AFRC Military regime of which Jerry John Rawlings and Boakye Djan served, had cowardly and primitively executed former Heads of State and Army Generals such as the brave Okatakyie Akwasi Amankwah Afrifa and the beloved Real Admiral Joy Amedume.

The first Ghanaian born to (symbolically) run for Mayor of Los Angeles has publicly asked Nana Akuffo-Addo and Professor Atta Mills to openly support the democratic rights of Ghanaians living abroad, and the Natural Rights of "Biological-Dual Citizens" such as former President Jerry John Rawlings and also, the Natural Rights of Ghanaians with "Artificial Dual Citizenship" to vote in 2012 elections and hold public office.

"Kwame Mayor", Great Grandson of Asante Adonteng Puduo Royals and War Generals from Bamang, near Bonwire in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, whose very biological ancestors led Asante wars against colonialism and imperialism perpetuated on African soil by "Our British White Brothers and Sisters", revealed that apart from personally giving a platform calling for the "importation" of South Africa's model of Truth and Reconciliation to Ghana" to President John Agyekum Kufuor in 2000 at a meeting of NPP-CPP Alliance in Los Angeles in front of several eye witnesses - (before Mr. Kufuor became President), he "Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Appiah Boateng, (Kwame Mayor) was the architect of the following ideas : --- A public call to build "State of the Art Presidential Palace in Ghana to attract Tourism like the White House as published on Ghanaweb.Com and other Newspapers in Ghana in 2005; "Erection of Statutes for the Martyred Judges, Voting Rights for Ghanaians living abroad, Cash Transfer to the Poor to ensure equity, a public call to revive Dr. Nkrumah's original idea of a Continental African Union Government and to establish a United African States (UAS), a public call for Ghana to enter into the age of "Civilian Nuclear Power", a public call for Annual Yaa Asantewaa Festival, a public call on Ghana to recognise her Heroes and Heroines - (which logically prompted Kufuor's administration to institute awards for the "Nation's Heroes and Heroines").

Regarding recognition of Ghanaian Heroes and Heroines, the Self-Proclaimed "Re-Incarnation of Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah" has again asked Ghanaians to compare his story carried by the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on September 1 2005 and re-published by Ghana Review International (GRI) on September 9, 2005, captioned

" Immortalise Ghanaian heroes and heroines - Boateng" - with the July 1, 2006 story in the Graphic and also to go back and read a story published on Ghanaweb.Com captioned, "Ghana Honours Her Heroes, Heroines" !!!.

"Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, (Kwame Mayor) whose numerous ideas have been implemented by the ruling government of President John Agyekum Kufuor - (Yet he has never been given any credit and neither has he been given any governmental appointment by the very Kufuor's government which has exploited him), described President Kufuor's "Great Injustice" and "Monumental Persecution" against him as extremely serious !!!.

Touching on his stolen ideas by President John Agyekum's ruling government, Kwame Mayor said President Kufuor's ruling government has arrogantly, selfishly and greedily denied him due credit for his immense contributions to Ghana.

" Regarding Africa's Continental Union Government, it should be noted that "I, Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng had questioned in my [2005] complaint against President Kuffuor's government - why government controlled Radio Ghana, in a News Broadcast, had leaked information about some of the objectives of my 2005 abortive "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration" such as my call for a "Shadow Government for a Continental African Union Government" and the establishment of a "United African States', which I had personally given to the then outgoing Ashanti Regional Police Commander, Mr. Opare - Addo, as I unsuccessfully sought for a permit for my abortive demonstration against Neo-Colonialism and Imperialism" !!!.

On the idea of reviving United States of Africa, the Politician recently wrote in a published News Story on Ghanaweb.Com :

"Readers would recall that Line 4 of "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng's complaint as published on Ghanaweb's Politics Section on June 29, 2005 read as follows : ---

" The Ashanti Regional Branch of the Ghana Police Service should respectfully [investigate] and explain why and how the objectives of my impending July 28, 2005 Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration which I gave to the Ashanti Regional Deputy Police Commander and the staff of the Police Record's unit, dated [May 24, 2005; May 27, 2005 and June 11, 2005] - calling for a United African States (UAS) and pleading with African leaders to immediately establish a Shadow Government was leaked and the [essential elements] of my ideas of a [Shadow Government] for a Continental African Union Government and my call for the name of United African States [(UAS)] to be given to such a Continental African Union Government was broadcast on [government-controlled] Radio Ghana's Morning News of Tuesday, [June 14, 2005]. - ( It should be noted that the Police service is a branch of the government !!!)".

The 2004 and 2008 CPP Parliamentary Candidate for Nhyiaeso Constituency lamented that when he tried to organize his "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration" in 2005, to focus attention on the Neo-Colonialist and Imperialist State of Ghana; a demand for Economic Dialogue with the World's Powerful Economic Institutions to soften thier harsh impositions; and a call for a (symbolic government) for a future Continental African Union Government and a call for "Yaa Asantewaa Festival" to be celebrated on an (annual basis) etc, etc, the then in-coming Ashanti Regional Police Commander and out-going Police Commnder unfortunately, did not issue him a permit !!!.

"It is ironic that under President John Agyekum Kuffuor's government - a government which denied "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng a permit to stage his "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration" to focus attention, (among other things), the creation of a Symbolic Government for a Continental African Union Government to be called "United African States", is the same Kuffuor's government that hosted an African Summit to discuss the formation of a United States of Africa"!!!, the Politician complained.

"At a time when most African Leaders who met in Accra recently in [2007] had embraced an African Union (AU) concept, modelled after the European Union (EU), instead of a Continental African Union, or United States of America which Ghana's President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah championed, there is sufficient evidence to prove that "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng (Kwame Mayor), the "Re-Incarnation of Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah", tried in vain to invite some of these African Leaders to Ghana to form "United African States" - [UAS], as far back in [2005], via, Registered Letters !!!, the Politician said recently.

"Libya's President, Muammar Qaddafi is [still] my Chief Witness !!!", "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng said, as he held on to registration numbers 00027 and 00096 which he mailed in Ghana to the offices of Libya's President, Muammar Qaddafi and Ghana's President, John Agyekum Kuffuor in [2005], inviting them to attend his abortive Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration / "African Positive Demonstrations" to among other things, "symbolically proclaim the formation of a Continental African Union Government - United African States (UAS).

The Politician again reminded Ghanaians, Africans and the World Community :

"The objectives of my abortive "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration", cum "Africa Positive Action Demonstrations" were broadcast in [2005] on some of Ghana's Radio stations, especially on Fox F.M's - "Kwame Adinkrah Super Morning Show", and the Brave and Peaceful People of Ghana who cherish the Truth and who listened to my 2005 public call for a Continental African Union Government - "United African States -[UAS], are my Witnessess too !!!.

Asked once again whether he is truly the re-incarnation of Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the Charismatic Politician who has denied a political cult status, declined to either confirm or deny it.

And the political mystery surrounding the Great Kwame Appiah, alias("Kwame Mayor") continues !!!.
