Prophet says NPP will retain power

Kumasi, Dec 02, GNA - A pastor on Thursday told the minority political parties to stop wasting resources and energy fighting next week's general election since none of them would be able to unseat the incumbent New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Prophet Paul Boakye-Asiamah, Founder and Leader of Abednago Incarnation Ministry, said the minority parties "are fighting a losing battle.

''The NPP, under President John Agyekum Kufuor has been ordained to retain political power."

Prophet Boakye-Asiamah told the Ghana News Agency that this was a divine message given to him by God.

"I will be incurring the wrath of the Living God if I fail to tell Ghanaians what He has revealed to me".
