A heavily pregnant woman on Monday afternoon mistook the office of the Member of Parliament for Efutu Constituency for a medical facility and entered for medical attention.
The woman had seen many people, including mothers in a queue in front of the Efutu Constituency office in Winneba to see the MP, Mr Mike Hammah.
The woman, who was in some pain and needed medical attention, joined the queue at 8 am and waited for her turn to meet the 'doctor' before realising that she was at the wrong place.
According to Mr Mike Hammah, the MP and Minister of Transport, it had been his normal practice to attend to the needs of his constituents who come to him on Sundays and Mondays when he opens his office to attend to them.
He said because the numbers were sometimes high, the people had to wait in a queue which created a scene like a clinic, judging from the mixture of men, women, old and young ladies who had come for "consultation".
