Play Africa celebrates Afropop singer, BALO

BALO, the silky voice behind Agege City Track and Will be was celebrated at Dansoman Agege Zone 6 over the weekend during Play Africa BonFIRE night with the stars. The night reveled the treasures in the fastest rising star.

BALO is one of the hardworking songwriters and performers fighting tooth and nail to sell his craft to the world; he has produced quality music to meet the international standards, which are listed on Play Africa music store as well.

Agege City track has been on Play Africa Top 10 chart for 3 months and this qualified him to be celebrated on the BonFIRE night.

During the event, BALO spoke about his music. He says, “I value quality content and music that appeals to not just Ghanaians but international market. I love to create my own world for good music.”



He further explained the meaning of his name “BALO” meaning Best African Lyrical Original.
