Paulette To Release Album Soon

Paulette Broohm, an attractive and intelligent young lady with a powerful and sensual voice who has been nurtured and groomed by Scratch Studios, will soon release her maiden album, ‘Simply Me’, on the music market.

This album is currently available for download and purchase on all major digital music distribution networks worldwide including iTunes, Napster, CDBaby, Amazonmp3, Trade bit, etc.

According to management of Scratch Studios, the launch would be held at the Scratch Music Lounge at the Guest Hotel in East Legon, Accra, Ghana.

The event will be an invitation-only dinner, with a selection of important and influential individuals and corporate bodies associated with the media, entertainment and financial industries in attendance. There will be performances by Steve Bedi, Owura, Eugene, and Freeman Ame, who are all on the Scratch Music label.

Paulette Broohm is currently recognized as the most talented songstress to emerge in Africa in recent times and is poised to make a gigantic leap in the world of showbiz.

An attractive and intelligent young lady with a powerful and sensual voice, Paulette participated in TV3’s ‘Mentor One.’

She later represented Ghana in the second edition of Imagine Afrika, an HIV/AIDS reality show held in South Africa and Kenya, getting selected out of over 10,000 applicants and making Ghana proud by qualifying into the final 12 out of the 32 countries that participated. The programme was aired on GTV and DSTV.

Paulette Broohm also featured on the Ben Brako/Scratch Studios World Bank sponsored project ‘Dream Child Africa’ song, alongside international superstars including South Africa’s Hugh Masekela, Okyerema Asante, Shasha Marley, Pat Thomas and other renowned African artistes.

Paulette describes her musical influences as jazz, blues, hip hop, gospel and African music with specific reference to Whitney Houston, Alicia keys and Richard bona. Hugh masekela, who features on her album, once remarked, “The girl has got talent.”
