Patapaa knows how to make hit songs but they’re not good songs – Mr Logic

Popular music producer, Mr. Logic has opined that that majority of hit songs in Ghana cannot qualify as good songs.

In his view, most baseless songs are hit songs not because of the quality but Ghanaians like it anyway. He added that the fact that Ghanaians like it doesn’t mean it’s good.

Further expressing his view on the topic, he said;

“Most Hit songs are not good songs; Here in Ghana, the good songs that became hit songs were probably 30%.”

He added;

“Like Patapaa’s One Corner, yes the song became very big, was a hit all over the place but that song is not a good song. Patapaa’s One Corner became a hit song especially because of the dance attached to the song, but that song being a hit song, does not in anyway make it a good song.”
