The Junior Boys Conference was birthed out of frequent interaction with a lot of children who sadly identified as boys have not been properly attended to and have become so addicted to unnecessary things aiding them to lose the touch with real life.

The maiden conference which will be held in October will give the opportunity to boys who need to be modeled into becoming responsible men in society. They will be exposed to a community of role models who will affirm the values of masculinity without disrespecting or devaluing women.

Speaking at the launch, Dr. Charles Buckman reiterated the 4 Significant Roles of Fathers need to play recounted from his personal experiences. They were to teach Children; To have faith in God, Manage their finances, Choose quality Friends and must know there is hope.
