A circulating video featuring the once graceful Ghanaian musician, Okomfour Kwadee, has evoked a wave of sorrow and concern among Ghanaians, highlighting the harsh realities he faces today.

Previously lauded for his vibrant talent and charm, Kwadee is now seen in a state of disarray and poverty, which contrasts sharply with his past image.

The footage, spreading across social media platforms, shows Okomfour Kwadee performing for an audience on the streets, in the Northern region of Ghana.

His signature voice and expressions are intact, yet his physical state and general aura spark significant worries regarding his health and psychological state.

The artiste, who once commanded great respect, now seems to be in a precarious situation, wandering the streets without visible support or care.

For the multitude of Ghanaians including celebrities, who cherished Okomfour Kwadee's music and celebrated his artistry, witnessing his current condition is profoundly upsetting.

In September 2023, a video featuring the 'Efie Nipa' hitmaker in a state of disarray swiftly captured the public's interest.

The footage, which showed him in an uncompleted building, delivering impromptu verses during a TikTok live session, sparked a public outcry over his well-being.

Persistent reports have surfaced about Kwadee's struggles with mental health issues and subsequent setbacks.

Following his discharge from a rehabilitation facility in 2021, he was spotted cruising in town, in the company of a woman presumed to be his partner.

Subsequently, Kwadee made a brief appearance in the media circuit.

In a concerning update in 2022, his mother disclosed that her son had been left at a rehabilitation center, a situation initiated by Lord Kenya in 2020.
