If it is true that after Alan Kyeremanteng as Minister of Trade, Industry, Private Sector Development and Presidential Special Initiatives spent over ¢20 billion of state resources on the Pwalugu Tomato Factory as direct credit which he commissioned amidst fanfare, and yet the factory has not been working to date?
