If it is not true that the new political party, Reformed Patriotic Democrats (RPD), as well as the Youth Employment Party (YEP) which has just applied for registration to the Electoral Commission, have both been deliberately formed by the NPP in order to increase their number of polling agents at the December 2008 elections?
