Whether it is true that the US$1 million monetary reward attached to President Kufuor’s Climate Change award is of dubious origin not unrelated to money-laundering and is not part of the actual Climate Change award and that tongues have started wagging in diplomatic circles in Brussels, Paris and London as to the origin of that monetary cash reward?
