Whether it is true that the following companies, all involved in the stinking Sagem deal for the Ghana Identification System Project contract are all owned by top NPP personalities who are hiding behind some front men a la Chief Kufuor of 'Hotel Kufuor' fame, to wit, Margins ID Systems Ltd, Third Rail Ltd, Sambus Company Ltd, SOFT Company Ltd, Blue Chip Computer Services Ltd, and Ghana Identification Company Ltd?
