According to him, this is a normal occurrence as he is always anxious to give his fans his best work.

“Before a song will hit, it must be produced, promoted, advertised and well marketed. But no matter how hard musicians and their management work to manage the song there is a percentage of lack that the artiste has no control over, and that lack of control is what makes me anxious… that and the fact that this song is different.”

His manager, Annica Nsiah-Apau also told StarrFMonline.com she hopes the song achieves its purpose and makes the impact her client intends it to.

“It is our hope that the song achieves the desired effect of motivating the youth and everyone who hears it, to arise, to stand, to walk, in fulfillment of their dreams and to get them dancing.”

Annica who is also Okyeame Kwame’s wife of ten years said this does not mean Okyeame will stop giving his fans what they best know him for.

“This is a motivational year for me, so he is doing a lot of other things. The love songs will continue to come, but people should expect more motivational music.”

Okyeame Kwame first came onto the music scene in 1997, as a member of the hiplife duo Akyeame. The two parted ways and Kwame kept his game on till date
