Nana Addo Jubilates Over Arrest Of Alan-Boy

Sources close to the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Mr. Williams Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo, have indicated to The Informer that he (Akufo Addo) and his team have been very happy at the arrest of Mr. John Kuma, a member of the NPP’s Communications Team, who is a staunch loyalist of Mr. John Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen and a member of his campaign team; for allegedly forging grant documents.
The Alan pet (John Kuma) was picked up by the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) late Wednesday on allegations to have faked a National Investment Bank (NIB) Bond Guarantee to secure a Japanese grant.
According to this paper’s impeccable source, the NPP flagbearer was all joyful as regards the arrest, because it was the likes of John Kuma and his group, who, because of Alan Kyerematen had churned out all manner of unpalatable allegations about him, during the party’s flagbearership race, claiming he’s been using hard drugs.
“Nana Addo had never liked Alan Cash and his group; and from indications, I don’t think he will waste his resources to help John Kuma out of his current situation now that he is in the grips of the law. John Kuma will rot, and I mean rot in police cells, if Nana Addo is the one to come to his rescue; since he hates him so much”, the source told The Informer.
A member of the Akyem group, who also spoke to this paper pleading anonymity, said Kuma John will be made to bear his own cross since he secured the grant in his private capacity and not in the name of the NPP as an entity, or on behalf of Nana Akufo-Addo.
“If he (John Kuma) says he has the power to determine who becomes a flagbearer of our party, then, he should do same to get himself out of trouble now that he has been arrested”; the Akyem capo stated and dares Alan Kyerematen to salvage of his poodle, if he claims to be of substance and of essence to the NPP.
However, credible information picked up by this paper has it that Mr. John Kwadwo Kyeremanten has sent emissaries to the rescue of his boy (John Kuma).
It will be recalled that Mr. Kumah was arrested by the police in July 2011 for alleging that late President Mills and Ato Awhoi, a presidential advisor, have been engaging in a homosexual affair.
