Nana Aba Anamoah’s third edition of the ‘Women of Valour’ event was held in March in Paris, bringing together participants from across Africa.

Reflecting on some incidents during the event on United Showbiz, she detailed how the team involved in this event was made up of about 60 men who travelled to Paris, among other experiences that the all-women's event had with these men.

She also explained that not all these men were Ghanaians, but they all supported the program in one way or another.

She further explained that through a partnership with the French Embassy, 110 Ghanaians, including both women and men, were granted visas to attend the event in Europe.

The inclusion of men, she noted, is intentional.

"You can't have a women's event without men. Men need to be part to understand what course women are pushing," she stated.

However, she expressed disappointment that some of the men appeared to have other intentions.

"It's unfortunate that some of the men had their own plans," she added.
