Mzvee details the difference between Shatta Wale and Samini

Award winning songstress MzVee was on Happy FM’s Happy Party Mix hosted by Dr. Cann to talk music and more.

“I don’t have a favorite. Anytime I’m asked this question, I don’t know the answer I should give because they all have their style of delivering their music. So I can’t say this one or the other one is the best because they all have their own thing. I don’t have a favorite.”

Trying to enumerate the differences between the SM and High Grade Family Capos, the Bokorbokor hit maker said;

“Shatta wale has a different personality from that of Samini and the way they sing is different. The have their own styles. I have worked with Shatta Wale but not Samini so I can’t say much. But I met Samini today and we had a great conversation and after I get to record with him may be I would be able to choose my favorite.”

With two albums under her belt now, MzVee spoke on how her former label mates feel about her success.

“I don’t know about jealousy but I have had my mates approach me and tell me how proud they are of me and appreciate what I do and they tell me to keep doing what I do better. I’m not leaving Lynxx Entertainment anytime soon unless I go on vacation.”
