Kumawood actress Louisa Adinkra has opened up about how she remained on good terms with her ex-husband after their divorce.

In an interview with Emelia Brobbey, monitored by GhanaWeb on April 14, 2026, she revealed that her ex-husband informed her before remarrying out of respect.

She explained that although their nine-year marriage ended, she holds no grudges against him.

“I wouldn’t have left my husband’s house to go and rent, because when I met him, he didn’t own a house. I was with him before he built it, but it was only right that I moved on with my life.

“I was very happy that before my ex-husband got married, he called to inform me. When he called, he said he didn’t want anyone else to tell me. This shows that we have no problem,” she said.

The actress also noted that she would have shared her former husband’s pre-wedding photos and congratulated him if he had sent them to her.

“When he called me, he said it was a misunderstanding that caused our marriage to fail. I told him I was okay, and he could send me their pre-wedding photos so I could post them. I would have shared them if he had sent them,” she added.
