'My favourite collabos are with Ofori Amponsah & Wizkid' – Samini

Emmanuel Andrew Samini known in his Reggae and Dancehall genre as Samini, has revealed that his all time favourite collaboration was with Ofori Amponsah and Wizkid.

The MOBO award winner revealed this on Accra-based radio station Joy Fm, on the programme Cosmopolitan Mix with Doreen Andoh.

When asked, which two collaboration are memorable? He said, the one Ofori Amponsah featured me and also Time Bomb which i featured Wizkid.

According to him, Ofori Amponsah initially wrote a complete song, which Kofi Nti was suppose to feature on it but later Ofori Amponsah, had to feature me [Samini].

He added that, memories of that song dubbed ‘Odwo’ music video was shot in Germany when Ghana qualified for 2006 world cup for the first time.

He affirmed that, fans should watch out for another music and video from him and Wizkid.

Currently, Samini is on a radio tour promoting his latest Reggae single christened ‘My Own’ and assured his fans of strictly classical Reggae album next year 2018.
