Musician Diamond Appiah to go into politics

The sudden ambition of some Ghanaian celebrities and players in the showbiz industry to venture into politics is staggering.

Since the beginning of 2015, a rising number of industry bigwigs have publicly declared or confirmed their desires to run for political office.

Actress and Singer Diamond Appiah has posted on her Instagram page that she would want to take a shot at political office.

“Am entering into the Next Phase n Chapter of my Life. The Diamond you knew in the previous years won’t be the New Diamond your abt to Experience.The Physical Character ur going to see is a little Different due to the New Brand n Transformation but the Inner Soul is still the Same Outspoken Voice of the Voiceless, Mouth piece of the Vulnerable in the Society and an Advocate for Children, Helpless Women and the Youth.
