More Students Caught Pants Down At Hotel

Barely two hours after media reports had hit the streets, nationwide, on Tuesday, that a number of students in Kumasi patronised the services of prostitutes at Adum, in Kumasi, another group of students allegedly were assaulted, at dawn, on Tuesday, when sections of the public, in the area, allegedly caught them pants down with girls, suspected to be prostitutes, at a hotel.

It was not clear what the alleged male students were doing with the girls at the hotel, identified at Star Hotel, within the Santase suburb, thus drawing the attention of the public, to attack them, at dawn, on Tuesday.

One of the students, who was arrested, and handed over to the Suntreso District Police Command, for action, was ignominiously assaulted, as his pair of trousers and shirt, were torn to pieces. An officer at the Suntreso Police Station confirmed the arrest of the student, when Daily Guide contacted him, yesterday, but withheld the identity of the suspect, since, according to him, the case is under investigation.

The police source hinted that, the superior officers of the station were yet to meet with the school authorities, to critically assess the issue, while the erring student, is currently in police custody, assisting with investigations, into the case.
