Meet the contestants of Face of Technical University 2019

JEFFMOR CONSULT, organisers of beauty pageant, Face of Technical University have unveiled contestants for this year’s edition at a short ceremony in Accra.

Held at the Accra Technical University, the launch saw all ten contestants present, setting the tone right for the commencement of the contest which “seeks to promote technical universities in Ghana while serving as a platform to solve societal issues”.

They are Mabel Akandose (Sunyani Technical University), Christina Nana Darkowah Quaye (Kumasi Technical University), Nsobila Sandra (Wa Technical University), Regina Clottey (Koforidua Technical University) and Christabel Sefakor Wutoh (Ho Technical University).

The rest are Angelina Akweley Kamoah (Cape Coast Technical University), Emmanuella Owusuaa Appiah (Accra Technical University), Koduah Akosua Serwaa (Takoradi Technical University), Ankisiba Awonlanyami Joyce (Bolgatanga Technical University) and Adam Hannah Boresa (Tamale Technical University).

Ahead of the main event scheduled for October 26 at the Great Hall of Kumasi Technical University, organisers have outlined some activities including “a campus tour across all the regions in Ghana to have Durbar for the queens in their respective institutions starting from first/second week in September.”

Also, “There will be a seven-day activity at the host region and campus which is Kumasi to give our sponsors platforms to market their products.”

“I urge all corporate bodies to come and support this initiative to develop the technical universities in Ghana” says CEO of JEFFMOR CONSULT, Morris Sarpong Antwi.

The theme for this year’s edition is “changing the lives of deprived communities through entrepreneurship.”
