Meet newest presenters to rock YFM K'si; DJ Slim, Kwame Scientific & NY DJ

Three new radio DJs are to be added to the soon to be launched YFM Radio station in Kumasi. Kicking off from 18thOctober, 2014, the freshest and hippest are joining forces to entertain the young and young at heart in Kumasi.

Dj Slim, Kwame Scientific and NY DJ are the three new additions who collectively will rock Kumasi on Y 102.5 FM.

Meet Daniel Gyan-Kesse alias Dj slim, known for his smooth, dulcet tones. DJ slim knows how to move the crowd and pack out the clubs with his upbeat track selection, live music mixing and spinning style.

DJ slim has an excellent knowledge of vinyl & CD turntables, microphones, amplifiers & sound mixers.

His mixes are sure to have the YFM listeners glued to the 102.5 dial as according to him “this is a void that Yfm has come to fill in Kumasi."

Meet Kwame Scientific, real name, Isaac Kwame Poku. With over eight years on-air experience as a DJ and a radio presenter.

Scientific has worked in various radio stations including Solid FM and Ark FM in Kumasi.

Kwame scientific is versatile and has hosted various types of shows such as chart shows, talk shows and has interviewed a wide spectrum of people.

Kwame scientific says “I have the winning formula that is sure to keep Y listeners locked.

Meet Ebenezer Nana Yaw Donkoh, popularly known as NY DJ.

He is a real force to be reckoned with in the game of Hip Hop, Hip Life, Pop, Crank and R&B in Ghana, and has appeared in several hip hop shows in Ghana, Benin and elsewhere.

Committed to supporting Ghanaian music talents he describes himself as an optimistic and hard working radio presenter.

Apart from music NYDJ has other interests, and he is a goodwill ambassador to the National Council on People with Disability in Ghana.
