A number of showbiz followers have expressed their displeasure towards President John Mahama for “ignoring” the creative arts sector while delivering the State of the Nation Address on Thursday.
President Mahama who appeared in Parliament spoke about the successes and projections for the educational, agricultural, energy sectors among others leaving out the creative arts.
This comes on the back of controversy surrounding why the President in a tweet wished radio and television personality, Afia Schwarzenegger a happy birthday and failed to wish Grammy award nominee, Rocky Dawuni the best prior to and on the day of the event.
Here are some reactions from various social media platforms:
Mr. Speaker, in conclusion, the Creative Arts can go to.......Okay! Never even mind, change is happening.... Ay3 Ka! Lol
