Popular actress, Lydia Forson has in the last few days been posting photos from Uganda.

It is readily not clear what she is being up to over there but it is obvious the 'A Letter From Adam' producer and actress is enjoying her stay out there.

Uganda is one of Africa’s hub for entertainment; movies and music. Perhaps she has a project out there.

On Thursday, she shared a photo of herself hanging out with Rosie Motene and said, “probably my best day here!!! We’re taking over the continent I tell ya!!! Rosie Motene can’t wait for what’s to come.”

Rosie Motene is a South African actress and television presenter best known for her role as journalist Tsego Motene on the SABC1 soapie Generations, from 2000-2004.

She is also known for hosting the M-Net magazine show Studio 53. Rosie attended drama school at Wits University in Johannesburg. Her acting career began while she was still at drama school, where she was cast for a number of professional productions. She choreographed the dance and movement for the production Deep in the Loca Lala. After the play’s run at the Market theatre in Johannesburg, they were invited to perform at Jerusalem Thespis Festival. However, Rosie is widely known for her role in the Soap Opera Generations. After her exit from Generations, she was cast in the international film Hotel Rwanda.

Her role in the Vagina Monologues benefit concert has been an honour for her, especially when she was asked to be the official spokesperson of the campaign.

Rosie finds presenting on Studio 53 – both in studio as well as out in the field – an exciting challenge and an adventure.

She believes that a programme which highlights the cuisine, beauty, fashion, and glamour of Africa, as Studio 53 does, has been way overdue. In 2015 she joined the cast of the Mzansi Magic soap opera Zabalaza in the role of Victoria, a deal-maker in the mining and media industries.

Now she is hanging out in Uganda with Ghana’s adorable Lydia Forson.
