Lydia Forson, M.anifest make history in Sunyani with ‘A Letter from Adam’

Actress Lydia Forson had another successful premiere of her debut self-produced movie, A Letter from Adam as she took it to Sunyani, in the Brong Ahafo region over the weekend.

The actress who earlier announced her plans to go on a ‘first showing-tour’ across the country made her first stop in that city.

Forson who was accompanied by the ‘No shortcut to Heaven’ rapper M.anifest stormed the Sunyani Polytechnic campus where the movie was screened in grand style

The two, who obviously looked cozy together visited and interacted with students in their halls and hostels ahead of the premiere. They also made time to grant radio interviews and visited parts of the Sunyani Township they found alluring.

Lydia Forson after the showing said she was grateful her stop at Sunyani went well. According to the actress, she didn’t anticipate the number of movie enthusiasts who attended the premiering event on Saturday.

“I’m impressed with Sunyani. Wow I didn’t expect that you will show me love like this. I thought it was just some few people who would show up but you surprised me. I'm impressed and grateful,” she noted.

A Letter from Adam was first premiered in Accra, then in Kumasi before Sunyani.

The next stop is at Takoradi in the Western Region on November 22.
