Getting to know a girl more than just what’s on the surface can be difficult at first. But these deep questions to ask a girl reveals who she really is.

Girls like to do this thing where we withhold a lot of information about ourselves when we first meet someone. We could even be a month or two into the relationship before we even divulge HALF of who we really are. We feel protective of ourselves, and it can take time to open up to people. That is why you need to know these deep questions to ask a girl.

That being said, it can make trying to get a girl really hard for certain fellas. You may think you’re asking all the right questions only to end up with the same runaround answer shortly thereafter. So how do you truly get to know the girls you’re talking to?

The benefits of knowing someone deep down

How many people in your life can you say that you REALLY know? I’m talking about if it were life or death, could you answer a question the exact same way they would? There are probably very few people you know this way and if I’m assuming correctly, you have a really good relationship with those people.

The benefits of knowing someone deep down can mean the difference between a successful relationship and a relationship that’s only skin deep. When you know someone for who they really are, you know that you’re with them for all the right reasons.

Deep questions to ask a girl to reveal her true self

All in all, girls are by far the hardest people to get to open up–even if we like to talk a lot. We keep ourselves very hidden to protect ourselves from getting hurt. It’s just how we are, and it can be really frustrating for you to get to know us.

Luckily, there are ways to get us to dish our deepest darkest desires without having to wait months on end. All you have to do is ask the right questions to unearth who we really are. These deep questions will do the trick and show you who she really is.

#1 What’s your worst fear? This one is often asked in a joking manner and girls usually end up saying something like, “spiders,” “snakes”, “ghosts”, or things that aren’t very serious. Make sure you get the REAL answer out of her.

#2 If you won a million dollars, what would you spend it on? This tells you a lot about her character. Many materialistic people would buy cars and mansions, but if she says something like, “give it to charity,” or something with more meaning she’s probably a better person.

#3 If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why? This may not seem like a deep question, but it could tell you a lot about what type of person she is: good or bad.

#4 If you could be anywhere right now, where would you want to be? This will tell you more than you would ever hope to know about her goals in life and her true desires. You can learn if she’s a traveler or maybe if she would rather be with distant family.

#5 What kinds of things make you happy cry? This is one of those deep questions to ask a girl that can help you see what types of things she values the most. If something makes her cry with happiness, it is VERY important to her.

#6 What’s your biggest passion in life? Most people ask, “What do you like to do?” but that can be much different than what someone’s biggest passion is. Find out hers, and you’ll know WAY more about her that what’s just on the surface.

#7 What would you wish to accomplish in life if you could only accomplish one thing? Asking her this deep question helps you understand the single most important hope she has out of life.

#8 Where do you see yourself in 20 years? If you want to know what this girl has planned for herself, asking her what she thinks her life will be like in 20 years is a great way to find out if you two are compatible.

#9 Are you a spiritual person? Religion can be a very touchy subject for some people and asking if someone is spiritual helps you uncover their beliefs and even their views on the world. Spiritual people also tend to be more in touch with themselves, and they care more deeply for others.
