Kobby and Afriyie of Wutah fame unite at Ohemaa Woyeje's wedding

Kobby and Afriyie of Wutah Fame has confirmed that they are together again and promised to work together for the growth of the genre from this year.

Kobby,born Daniel Morries and his other half Frank Kwadzo disclosed to ghanaweb.com that they are currently workingon a new song which will be out on the market soon.

They indicated that nothing could separate them again especially now that their funs are crying over their spilt.

The duo on Sartuday performed some of their hitz songs like Kotosa, burning desire and others at Ohemaa Woyeje’s wedding to prove to Ghanaians that they are back for real.

Some of the big Men in the entertainment industry have counselled us and we are now back for good, currently we are working a new single and ghanainas should expect that soon. They said.

Kobby and Afriyie, gained national attention in 2004 through the Nescafe Africa Revelation. They later separated in 2009 due to rumoured bickering between them.



But in a radio interview early this year, however, ended any hopes of Afriyie and Kobby ever working together again. The former took to Facebook to address the ‘radio confrontation’ and other issues.



“I cannot promise that Wutah will come back together today or in the future, but I can promise that, with the support and prayers from my fans, I will continue to make good music.” He wrote
