Kidi to release first ever music-movie album 'Sugar'

Ghanaian highlife and afrobeats singer, Dennis Nana Dwamena is popularly known as KiDi is ready to serve a double dose to his loyal fans as he announces his debut album which comes in ‘two in one’ package. It’s simple; he is killing two birds with one stone.

His debut album titled “Sugar” is the arguably the first ever music-movie album which features some top some Ghanaian musicians and actors.

In an interview on ‘We Dey Vybe’ on SVTV Africa, KiDi disclosed that, the Lynx Entertainment team decided to do something different from the usual album launch in Ghana. Thus, the team decided to add a movie to the album.

“Okay so errm we know usually people release or launch album or certain things but this time we decided, even with the album launch we will release a movie with the album. So you have the SUGAR album and the SUGAR movie’’

The album is made up of 13 songs and features some top notch musicians in Ghana like Stonebwoy, Kwesi Arthur, Medikal, Mr Eazi and Cina soul.

The much anticipated SUGAR Album and Movie will be released on 31st May 2019 at the Accra and West Hills Mall. The movie features a galaxy of stars including Kwesi Arthur, Adjetey Anang, James Gardiner, Kalybos, Fella Makafui, Cina Soul, DKB, Richmond Amoakoh and a host of other celebrities.
