It will definitely come as a big surprise if one hears that Kidi, a tight paddy and the same record label mate of Kuami Eugene is not featured on an album of 13 tracks of the later.

Kuami Eugene gave good reasons why he didn’t featured in an interview he had with Andy Dosty today, November 14.

The born Rock Star revealed that the first reason for his failure to feature Kidi on his debut album was because they are both vocalists.

He added in a rather jovial way that he personally sees Kidi as the greatest vocalist in Ghana currently and as such he was afraid he will come onto the album and disturb him thus take his shine.

The ‘Angela’ hitmaker also gave a more important and strategic reason why this happened. He told Andy Dosty that as a label, it has been decided that Kidi and himself will releases a full EP together later and as such there was no need to drop just one or two on his album.

He as a matter of fact, revealed that in Kidi’s upcoming album, he will not be featured because of this ultimate reason.

Kuami Eugene was in the studios of Hitz FM to promote his debut album, The ‘Rockstar Album’ which will officially released on November 15, 2018.
