KIDDAFEST to be re-launched

Accra, Dec. 4, GNA - The National Theatre would on December 20 launch KIDDAFEST, an International Children's Art Festiva, a statement issued in Accra said on Tuesday. The statement signed by Mrs. Hawa Haruna, Executive Director of the National Theatre, said activities lined up for KIDDAFEST 2008 would include drama, music, brass band, rap music, bouncing castles and traditional and contemporary dance. It said the National Theatre would use the opportunity to re-launch children's programmes such as Fun World, theatre programmes for schools and arts institute for teachers.

The statement said the National Theatre would also be closed from January 1 to 15 for maintenance. 4 Dec. 07
