JAY-Z Thrills Accra

Thousands of enthusiastic hip hop fans last night thronged the auditorium of the Accra International Conference Centre to witness a live performance by popular American hip hop star, JAY-Z.

Very much lived up to the bill and got his fans in the entire auditorium on their feet, dancing for the whole one and a half hour of the performance.

The thousands of enthusiastic JAY-Z fans in the auditorium of the international conference centre filled the ground floor to the choking balcony, jumping, screaming, clapping and throwing their hands in the air as the Jigga man went on a lyrical rampage.

Also on stage to perform on the night were some local artistes, including Obrafuo and Batman.

The only disappointment was the failure of the organizers to produce Jay-Z?s girlfriend Beyonce at the show as advertised.

Her no-show nonetheless took nothing away from the concert.

The patrons left the concert grounds not the least feeling shortchanged.
