Irene Logan’s ‘I Fell in Love with a Devil’ to be out in Jan. 30

Afro Soul songstress, Irene Logan, is ready with a new material. Her latest ‘I Fell in Love with a Devil’ is out on January 30.

“I Fell in Love with a Devil” was written about five years ago by Asem and it’s one of those songs most people can relate to,” she says.

“It’s about deception in a relationship of any kind and the devil in the title signifies lies. It basically talks about all the things people do in their various relationships that borders around deceit. It has a lot of high life rhythms and filled with humor.”

“I laid all the vocals and Zapp Mallet handled all the production. Asem and I know each other from way back and he is one of the few people I became close to when I first got into the music scene.”

“Apart from all that people think they know I believe he is a very good song writer and intelligent in his writing and the energy between us two when we are working on a song together is amazing and that’s why the songs always come out that great.

“iLog Productions is a production house I have just started to handle my own works and that of clients going forward. I am veering into entrepreneurship to open up my scope to help my music career and that of many others and that’s my mission and vision with this production house.”
