I won’t vote again; It’s a waste – Donzy

Donzy is one of the promising young musicians in Ghana, he has hinted that he is not going to vote again in his lifetime so far as living in Ghana is concerned.

Donzy, under Sarkodie’s rap university label is known for his unique style of comical songs and metaphorical songs which make his followers laugh out loud.

He is known for the popular “Crusade” song which was done with high-grade’s darling boy Kofi Kinaata, a westsider.

Currently on the table of music, “Club” is his latest song which he featured Sarkodie and Piesie. This song makes you laugh as usual.

On his tour of promoting the new song “Club” on Kasapa FM with Kwame Bee, he made a shocking revelation about this year’s election. Donzy, surprisingly averred that voting in Ghana isn’t necessary for him as a Ghanaian.

He confessed of voting once in his entire life time and the real comeback or profit of his vote was lost and not seen till that.

He further said, he is not going vote in the 2016 election because of the previous experience.

Donzy, on other issues said the political season is not helping the Music Industry because everyone is focusing on the NPP & NDC noise so no entertainment show is born to succeed very easily.

He sighted an example of the premiere of his Club video. “The places I pasted posters and bills of my video premiering was covered with NPP and NDC posters just after a day of pasting mine”.
