The current Drive Time host on Okay FM, who once hosted a programme on Adom FM, Gilbert Abieku Aggrey Santana aka Abeiku Santana has revealed why he left his previous station where he worked for nine years.

In a one-on-one interview with Rainbow Radio’s Sokoohemaa, Abeiku Santana debunked claims that he left the station because he was to be sacked. Mr. Santana told Sokoohemaa that he left the station based on a number of reasons but the key one amongst them, was the calling he received from God.

According to him, he left the station because God told him to leave because he was taking him to a different place and was preparing him for something else.

‘’I left Adom FM based on a number of reasons. Firstly, I left Adom FM because of the calling I received from God. It was a calling in my ears. I heard God calling me. I developed a personal relationship with God and that is why I heard his voice. No poached me, I was sacked but I left because God called me.’’

He stressed further that he cannot explain the details of the call but it took him three months to comprehend what God told him. He also disputed claims that he was losing his steal as a host when he was at Adom FM hence plans where orchestrated to get him ousted.

Abeiku Santana said he worked at Adom FM for nine years where he engineered a number of programs which are still running. He concluded by stating that he personally went to seek for employment with the Despite Group and when asked what he wanted to do, he told them he will run the after drive.
