I don’t smoke, I drink occasionally - Chief One Gh

Fast rising Ghanaian artiste, Micheal Ivan Nyagamadu, popularly referred to as Chief one Gh in musical circles, has refuted claims that he smokes marijuana.

The legendary rapper says never in his life has he used any illegal drug, insisting people misjudge him due to his style of hair.

Chief one has been on the musical scene for just few years but with his numerous hit songs being enjoyed by many Ghanaians.

The rapper has, however, been often thought to be involved in drugs, as many believe most dreadlocked men either smoke marijuana or use illegal drugs. But Chief one has refuted those claims, insisting he has never used any illegal drug.

"I don’t smoke wee. I do not smoke and I have never used the marijuana drug in my life. Not for any purpose at all, buy I drink occasionally that’s Heineken" he said while speaking to El Vee on ‘Journey To Fame’ when asked about the rumour circulating that he uses drugs.

Chief one is currently embarking on a radio promo for his new tune “Sugar” produced Myco music.
