After winning the Radio & Television Personality (RTP) Awards for ‘Radio Personality of the Year (Greater Accra)’ and ‘Late Afternoon Drive Time Host of the Year’ – Abeiku Santana expressed his surprise as to how he’s not won any prize/award since 2003.

As told to www.entertainmnetgh.com, the celebrated broadcaster’s astonishment stems from the fact that, in his career as a broadcaster, he’s been able to create content and raised revenue for stations he’s worked with – a feat he conceives – should have won him a plethora of laurels.

“After creating content and generating revenue for stations, I can not believe the last time I won an award was in 2003,” he said.

He disclosed this when he was showing appreciation to the organizers of the RTP Awards and its technical committee, his employers and his fans, who he claim voted albeit he not soliciting publicly for votes.
