Despite the many protests and oppositions regarding the construction of a National Cathedral in Ghana by the President Akuffo-Addo government, minstrel Ohemaa Mercy, in a recent interview on Hitz FM has declared her 100% support for the building of the National Cathedral.
In an interview on HitzFM’s ‘Daybreak Hitz’ with KMJ, the ‘Onim Me’ singer disclosed that her support for the construction of the national cathedral goes beyond just the declaration by mouth. She revealed her plan to invest in the construction with some of her money by sowing seed in it.
She further explained that every country that doesn’t have a house of God, doesn’t have the presence of God and as such for Nana Akufo Addo to have the passion to build the National Cathedral in Ghana, she believes it will pave the way for Ghana to experience the favour of God abundantly.
Ohemaa Mercy also stated clearly in the interview Zionfelix.net listened that one need to have a special gift before one can have the passion of building a house for God in a country and as such revealed that President Akuffo-Addo likely was destined for this when he was still in the womb of his mother.
“When it comes to building the house of God, is not just anyone, is a gift and at the same time a calling from God, so for our President, Nana Addo to have the passion to the build the National Cathedral its means he has the calling before he was born”, she stated emphatically.
